Hot days!

This summer has had some really hot days. Most days have hit heat index on over 100! It takes some creativity but the kids and I stay pretty busy in the afternoons. We have gone to the park (when it is not crazy hot), lots of coloring and painting, car rides around the house, and plenty of reading. There have also been trips to the grocery store and to the library. Also dance parties have been a must! The days go by so fast! I still feel so lucky to be able to spend the afternoons with my kids and get to share these memories with them.
